Refund policy

Because our products are consumable and handmade in small batches, all sales are final. For safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on teas, tinctures, oils, or salves.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at theabcapothecary@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the product. We will be happy to send a replacement or issue store credit when applicable.
